When you hear the phrase, work your core, what do you think of?

Most people think of their abs and nothing else.  I define your core as an area that starts above your knees and ends just below your chest.

I always have clients work legs and abs together, why?  Take a look at the human body, the quads are right in line with your ab muscles, so why not work them together.

Having a strong core means much much more than being able to do 1000 sit ups.  Things like balance, coordination, and agility are all factors in developing a solid core.

So, the next time you do abs, do legs as well and work them as a connected muscle group, you will see your results come much quicker this way!!

See you next time!!
